Hi friends!

We are still out here every Wednesday and Sunday practicing yoga with one another so don't forget about us! Along with the change of seasons, I have a few schedule adjustments. Last Sunday was our final indoors practice at Center for Performing Arts until fall. We will move back outside to our spot near Phelps Fountain on the east end of Lake Harriet Rose Garden beginning June 4 at 10am.

Additional schedule changes:

• NO live classes the week of May 28. Both the Sunday (5/28) and Wednesday (5/31) class are canceled while I am backpacking in the Grand Canyon. (If you don't have the list of previously recorded classes, you can find a 45 minute class by selecting "Try a Free Class button" on my website homepage.)
• Sunday class moves to 10am weekly at Lake Harriet Rose Garden starting June 4
• Wednesday class resumes June 7 at 7am (no changes)
• Emma Almeroth will sub for me at the Rose Garden Sunday, June 11 at 10am

It has been a few months since I created this website and one of the best things is you can look ahead at the schedule to see if there are any changes. One of the consequences of moving to the website is that I no longer connect with you by sending out my weekly email. I have heard from a few of you that you liked those so I am exploring a way to start that communication again using the technology on this website.
